ITM2B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITM2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,110 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITM2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS12P15, RN7SL148P, and RNU7-53P. Each is linked with ITM2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITM2B-to-partner and partner-to-ITM2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS12P15 grouped by ITM2B-low versus ITM2B-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITM2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITM2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
