ITM2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ITM2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,102 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITM2B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Retrograde transport, vesicle recycling within Golgi, Protein deglycosylation, and Endoplasmic reticulum mannose trimming. Each is linked with ITM2B in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITM2B-to-partner and partner-to-ITM2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Retrograde transport, vesicle recycling within Golgi grouped by ITM2B-low versus ITM2B-high in PANCREAS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITM2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITM2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
