Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITLN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,046 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ITLN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition, Thioester metabolic process, and Regulation of canonical Wnt signaling pathway. Each is linked with ITLN2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITLN2-to-partner and partner-to-ITLN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition grouped by ITLN2-low versus ITLN2-high in STAD.
