ITLN2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITLN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 3,444 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITLN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITLN1, BCAS1, and AKR1B10. Each is linked with ITLN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITLN2-to-partner and partner-to-ITLN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITLN2 versus ITLN1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITLN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITLN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
