ITLN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITLN2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITLN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, JNK2, and Rab11. Each is linked with ITLN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITLN2-to-partner and partner-to-ITLN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FASN grouped by ITLN2-low versus ITLN2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITLN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITLN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
