Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITLN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,980 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITLN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Detoxification, Phosphatidylcholine metabolic process, and Long-chain fatty acid metabolic process. Each is linked with ITLN1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITLN1-to-partner and partner-to-ITLN1 results are reported.
