ITLN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITLN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,854 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITLN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAB1, VWA5A, and BMP5. Each is linked with ITLN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITLN1-to-partner and partner-to-ITLN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITLN1 versus STAB1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITLN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITLN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
