Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITLN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITLN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rab11, Rad50, and Raptor. Each is linked with ITLN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITLN1-to-partner and partner-to-ITLN1 results are reported.
