Across TCGA cell cohorts, ITLN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 886 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITLN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Formation of cytoplasmic translation initiation complex, Regulation of NMDA receptor activity, and Natural killer cell chemotaxis. Each is linked with ITLN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITLN1-to-partner and partner-to-ITLN1 results are reported.
