ITK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITK mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITK-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIG-6, C-Raf, and HER2_pY1248. Each is linked with ITK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITK-to-partner and partner-to-ITK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIG-6 grouped by ITK-low versus ITK-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITK→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
