ITK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ITK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITK-associated genes across cancer lineages are RIPPLY1, NPAP1, and OR9G1. Each is linked with ITK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITK-to-partner and partner-to-ITK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RIPPLY1 grouped by ITK-low versus ITK-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITK→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
