ITIH4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITIH4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,508 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITIH4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS27L, SCYL2, and FLNB_S2478. Each is linked with ITIH4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITIH4-to-partner and partner-to-ITIH4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITIH4 versus RPS27L in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITIH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITIH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
