ITIH4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITIH4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,699 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITIH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL6, MMP19, and GFPT2. Each is linked with ITIH4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITIH4-to-partner and partner-to-ITIH4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITIH4 versus IL6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITIH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITIH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
