ITIH4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITIH4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITIH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, eIF4E, and INPP4B. Each is linked with ITIH4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITIH4-to-partner and partner-to-ITIH4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by ITIH4-low versus ITIH4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITIH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITIH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
