Across TCGA cell cohorts, ITIH4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,321 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITIH4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic cytokinesis, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Macroautophagy. Each is linked with ITIH4 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITIH4-to-partner and partner-to-ITIH4 results are reported.
