ITIH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITIH2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITIH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, FASN, and ACC1. Each is linked with ITIH2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITIH2-to-partner and partner-to-ITIH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by ITIH2-low versus ITIH2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITIH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITIH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
