ITIH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITIH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,652 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITIH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL35AP30, XPNPEP1, and GOT1. Each is linked with ITIH1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITIH1-to-partner and partner-to-ITIH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL35AP30 grouped by ITIH1-low versus ITIH1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITIH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITIH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
