Across TCGA cell cohorts, ITIH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 595 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITIH1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of vascular endothelial cell proliferation, Positive regulation of nitric oxide mediated signal transduction, and Response to Thyroid stimulating hormone. Each is linked with ITIH1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITIH1-to-partner and partner-to-ITIH1 results are reported.
