ITGB3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ITGB3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,800 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM131, AGBL1, and TRPM4. Each is linked with ITGB3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGB3-to-partner and partner-to-ITGB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM131 grouped by ITGB3-low versus ITGB3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
