ITGB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,016 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BTK, CD14, and CD4. Each is linked with ITGB2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGB2-to-partner and partner-to-ITGB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITGB2 versus BTK in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
