Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,617 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ITGB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSF2RB, SIRPB1, and HCK. Each is linked with ITGB2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGB2-to-partner and partner-to-ITGB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITGB2 versus CSF2RB in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
