Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,039 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ITGB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C16orf95, CENPA, and ENO1. Each is linked with ITGB2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGB2-to-partner and partner-to-ITGB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C16orf95 grouped by ITGB2-low versus ITGB2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
