ITGB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ITGB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 279 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSTA3, KRTAP10-1, and RXFP2. Each is linked with ITGB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGB2-to-partner and partner-to-ITGB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSTA3 grouped by ITGB2-low versus ITGB2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
