Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,494 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ITGB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZYX, MYO1E, and LOX. Each is linked with ITGB1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGB1-to-partner and partner-to-ITGB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITGB1 versus ZYX in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
