ITGB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGB1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, MEK1, and p90 RSK. Each is linked with ITGB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGB1-to-partner and partner-to-ITGB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by ITGB1-low versus ITGB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
