ITGB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ITGB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C12orf40, FHL5, and FGF3. Each is linked with ITGB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGB1-to-partner and partner-to-ITGB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C12orf40 grouped by ITGB1-low versus ITGB1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
