ITGAX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGAX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,316 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGAX-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNA2, RAD51, and ORC1. Each is linked with ITGAX in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGAX-to-partner and partner-to-ITGAX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCNA2 grouped by ITGAX-low versus ITGAX-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGAX→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGAX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
