ITGAX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGAX mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGAX-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, ATM, and eIF4E. Each is linked with ITGAX in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGAX-to-partner and partner-to-ITGAX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by ITGAX-low versus ITGAX-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGAX→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGAX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
