ITGAL

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGAL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,849 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGAL-associated genes across cancer lineages are PBK, WDR62, and METTL17. Each is linked with ITGAL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGAL-to-partner and partner-to-ITGAL results are reported.
