ITGAL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGAL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGAL-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, Cyclin-B1, and eIF4E. Each is linked with ITGAL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGAL-to-partner and partner-to-ITGAL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ku80 grouped by ITGAL-low versus ITGAL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGAL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGAL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
