Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGAD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,799 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ITGAD-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA10, FANCG, and USP24P1. Each is linked with ITGAD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGAD-to-partner and partner-to-ITGAD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNA10 grouped by ITGAD-low versus ITGAD-high in GBM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGAD→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGAD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
