ITGAD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGAD mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGAD-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYH11, eIF4E, and PCNA. Each is linked with ITGAD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGAD-to-partner and partner-to-ITGAD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYH11 grouped by ITGAD-low versus ITGAD-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGAD→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGAD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
