ITGA9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ITGA9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGA9-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALP, PITX3, and CAPRIN1. Each is linked with ITGA9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGA9-to-partner and partner-to-ITGA9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GALP grouped by ITGA9-low versus ITGA9-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGA9→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGA9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
