Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ITGA4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ITGA4 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher ITGA4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ITGA4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and UCEC show a favorable association.

READ, BLCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where ITGA4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
