ITGA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGA3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4G, eIF4E, and SF2. Each is linked with ITGA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGA3-to-partner and partner-to-ITGA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4G grouped by ITGA3-low versus ITGA3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
