ITGA2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGA2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,601 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGA2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIP13, SMG8, and SGSM3. Each is linked with ITGA2B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGA2B-to-partner and partner-to-ITGA2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITGA2B versus TRIP13 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGA2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGA2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
