ITGA2B

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGA2B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,195 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGA2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are HBA1, HBB, and PPBP. Each is linked with ITGA2B in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGA2B-to-partner and partner-to-ITGA2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITGA2B versus HBA1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGA2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGA2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
