Across TCGA cell cohorts, ITGA2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,749 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ITGA2B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Cytoplasmic translation, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with ITGA2B in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGA2B-to-partner and partner-to-ITGA2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion grouped by ITGA2B-low versus ITGA2B-high in OESOPHAGUS.
