ITGA11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ITGA11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 197 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGA11-associated genes across cancer lineages are IPP, BCL2L10, and ABCA12. Each is linked with ITGA11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGA11-to-partner and partner-to-ITGA11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IPP grouped by ITGA11-low versus ITGA11-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGA11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGA11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
