Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,150 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DAPK3, FKBP7, and LAMA4. Each is linked with ITGA1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGA1-to-partner and partner-to-ITGA1 results are reported.
