ITGA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ITGA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 799 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1J2, GSG1L2, and C5orf67. Each is linked with ITGA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGA1-to-partner and partner-to-ITGA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
