ITFG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITFG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 427 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITFG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01608, NCOR1P2, and RNU2-24P. Each is linked with ITFG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITFG1-to-partner and partner-to-ITFG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01608 grouped by ITFG1-low versus ITFG1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITFG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITFG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
