Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ISYNA1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ISYNA1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ISYNA1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ISYNA1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, UCEC, and LUSC are the cancer types where ISYNA1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
