Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ISY1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ISY1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher ISY1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ISY1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, SKCM, and DLBC are the cancer types where ISY1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
