IST1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IST1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,468 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZFP1, SF3B3, and ERI2. Each is linked with IST1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IST1-to-partner and partner-to-IST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IST1 versus ZFP1 in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
