IST1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IST1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,834 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IST1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AP1G1, DHX38, and WWP2. Each is linked with IST1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IST1-to-partner and partner-to-IST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IST1 versus AP1G1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
