IST1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IST1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 121 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5F1EP1, RNA5SP411, and MOCS2. Each is linked with IST1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IST1-to-partner and partner-to-IST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP5F1EP1 grouped by IST1-low versus IST1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
