Across TCGA cell cohorts, IST1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,902 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IST1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of organelle assembly, Viral transcription, and Basolateral protein secretion. Each is linked with IST1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IST1-to-partner and partner-to-IST1 results are reported.
