IST1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IST1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,388 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBLN1, SH3GL1, and STEAP3. Each is linked with IST1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IST1-to-partner and partner-to-IST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CBLN1 grouped by IST1-low versus IST1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
