ISOC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ISOC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 111 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ISOC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP509, RNA5SP407, and TRAPPC2P3. Each is linked with ISOC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ISOC2-to-partner and partner-to-ISOC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP509 grouped by ISOC2-low versus ISOC2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ISOC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ISOC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
